The Pretank stainless steel fermentation tank is a versatile container designed for the fermentation of white wines and the storage of both red and white wines. With its smooth surface and impeccable welds, this tank prevents the formation of tartar and the accumulation of impurities. Choose between the option of an inclined flat bottom or a conical bottom, depending on your preference. The cooling jacket area can be customized to meet your specific temperature control requirements.
